iWallet Credits are extra value pre-paid minute plans to easily use Psychics Connect whenever you want.

Instead of entering your payment details each time you need a Psychic Reading, you buy iWallet Credits which is stored in your iWallet, saving you time and money! Once your account has been topped up, you can use your purchased credits anytime!

You also get 10% free minutes when you top up with your iWallet Credits. This applies to 120 minutes of iWallet Credits and higher. That means if you buy 120 minutes, we will give you 12 minutes for free. You would then have 132 minutes in your wallet balance.

To create an iWallet account, you may Register via our telephone service.

Step 1.  Call 3159 5674.

Step 2.  When you hear the prompt – Press 1 to use an existing account with your PIN or Press 3 to create a new account.

Step 3.  You’ll be prompted to confirm if you want to use the telephone number you are calling from for the account or enter an alternative number you want to use.

Step 4.  Enter a memorable PIN and re-enter to confirm.

Step 5.  If successful, you will be advised that your account has been setup.

Step 6.  You may add iWallet Credits to your account by selecting one of our top-up package options.

Step 7.  If successful, the system will playback your account balance. For example, you will hear,

“Your iWallet balance is currently 132 minutes.” You can press 1 to top up your iWallet, or wait for the prompt to choose your reader.

We mean it when we say it’s convenient and hassle-free! Once you have created your iWallet account and topped up your iWallet Credits, you can use your credits to book a reading anytime. You can access your iWallet in two ways, either by calling from the phone you have registered or calling from a non-registered phone.

Calling From a Registered Phone

When calling from a registered phone, the system will prompt you to enter your PIN. If the information is correct, the system will confirm your iWallet Credits and proceed to let you select your Psychic Reader.

Calling From a Non-Registered Phone

When calling from a non-registered phone, the system will prompt you to enter your account number and PIN. If the information is correct, the system will confirm your iWallet Credits and proceed to let you select your Psychic Reader.

Here’s a quick example of how iWallet is used:

Step 1. Create an iWallet account and top up your balance by purchasing 120 minutes on iWallet Credits over the phone.

Step 2. Your iWallet balance is now 132 minutes (120 minutes plus 10% free!).

Step 3. Call 3159 5674. Choose a Reader and when prompted, select to pay using your iWallet.

Step 4. Once you validate your iWallet account number and PIN, you will be connected to your Reader.

In this example, if you had a 20 minute Psychic Reading using your iWallet. You end the call and have 112 minutes remaining to use with another Reader for another consultation.

Call 3159 5674. Top up your account by following the instructions to use the iWallet payment option.

You have 6 options to top up your iWallet:

You need to have sufficient iWallet Credits to be able to proceed with your Reading. If you have less than 5 minutes in your account, you will be prompted to top up your balance before being put through to your requested Reader.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies for iWallet Credits. If you feel there isn’t a connection between you and your chosen Psychic within the first 5 minutes of your Psychic Reading, you have the option to stop the reading by ending the call before you reach 5 minutes. Simply reach out to our Customer Helpdesk or email [email protected] within 24 hours and we will re-credit the used minutes to your iWallet balance.

Calls that last longer than 5 minutes will not be refunded.

iWallet Credits balance cannot be refunded once payment has been processed.

iWallet Credit balance are non-transferable, and you cannot move or gift minutes between accounts.

Readings processed through the iWallet must not exceed 90 minutes at a time.

iWallet Credits which have not been used within 6 months of purchase will become inactive and will be deducted from your remaining balance.
